Acktars deep black coatings, films and foils can be applied to almost every surface (metals, glass, silicon,
ceramic, plastics) and are suitable for applications in all wavelength ranges from UV to IR - e.g. for stray
light optimization, laser absorptionand high-emissivity or photonic applications in technical optics. Target
industries include aerospace, laser technology, technical optics, sensors, metrology, medical technology
and diagnostics, biotechnology and industrial image processing. In addition to many standard formats, the
deep black self-adhesive films and foils are also available as customised foils, e.g. for beam dumps,
various apertures, housings and mounts, absorption surfaces, beam paths, black bodies, calibration targts
or stray light absorbers.
