The offered product range is a broad spectrum of lasers, measurement and process technology including different laser sources, like DPSS,, Nd:YAG lasers, OPOs, fiber lasers, gas lasers, diode lasers, short pulse and quantum cascade lasers, also laser accessories, optical componets, modulators SLMs and laser diagnostics. For surface analysis different dynamic interferometers are offered, also film thickness measurement. For rapid growing market of analytics and process technology we offer particle sizers and different spectrosc opy systems like Raman, CARS, MID-IR and NIR spectrometers.
