Optores provides wavelength-swept lasers and the world's fastest optical
coherence tomography (OCT) solutions featuring up to 3 million depth
scans per second. Fully volumetric 3D OCT with more than 20 volumes per
second can be captured and displayed smoothly thanks to advanced
real-time GPU data processing. For 2D cross-section applications, frame
rates in the multi-kHz range allow visualization of dynamic processes. A
sensitivity of 100 dB ensures high image quality despite the high speed.
The lasers are based on the Fourier domain mode locking (FDML)
technology and are available at center wavelengths of 1060nm, 1310nm and
1550nm.
