Leysop Ltd were established 25 years ago and are the only UK manufacturer of electro-optic components, including Pockels cells for Q-switching, modulation and pulse slicing, Faraday isolators and calcite polarisers of all forms. Of particular note are our special Pockels cells which include ultra-fast models for sub-ns pulse slicing, KD*P Pockels cells up to 50mm aperture and our RTP Pockels cells for up to 20MHz continuous operation. Our BBO Pockels cells can be operated to MHz repetition rates with the lowest levels of piezo-electric ringing and are available water-cooled for high power operation. We also manufacture many special components to customer specifications in both active and passive devices.
