Allwave Lasers are a creative high-tech company with mass production and innovative product solutions for our customers. We are established in Silicon Valley of California by a group of engineering entrepreneurs and moved to Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Park in May of 2014 to expand our production facilities to meet our customer increasing requirement of our innovative products and product solutions! Our main products are laser wavelength (DFB butterfly laser), narrow linewidth laser, SLED broadband laser, SOA semiconductor optical amplifier, wavelength tunable / scanning laser, single mode / polarization splitters and couplers and single-mode polarization / no heat AWG and C/DWDM devices and micro optical devices.
