Our FEMTOFLASH delivers up to 20 W at 1030 nm, 6 W at 515 nm, and burst energies of 1 mJ (1030 nm) and 0.3 mJ (515 nm). Unlike conventional MHz lasers, FEMTOFLASH emits finely tuned fs pulse sequences within a GHz burst, offering advanced flexibility in burst control.
This enables efficient energy deposition—each pulse removes material before heat can diffuse—minimizing thermal damage and significantly improving ablation efficiency.
At our application lab, we conduct feasibility studies on glass, polymers, metals, semiconductors, and composites, helping clients validate processes and explore the full potential of ultrafast laser material processing.
