Innovative health technologies for diagnosis, therapy and monitoring

Concrete technology solutions for urgent medical issues – this is what 19 partner institutes and 4 spin-offs of the Leibniz Health Technologies Research Alliance are working on. The interdisciplinary alliance brings together diagnostics, therapy and monitoring and pools expertise in point-of-care technologies (POCT), imaging methods, biomarkers, plasma medicine and bioactive materials. By using the Leibniz Association’s translational infrastructures and maintaining a constant dialogue with healthcare stakeholders, the alliance is accelerating the transfer into applications. This leads to health technologies being developed jointly with industry and clinics along the entire innovation chain to market readiness.
