Blösch specializes in the integration of optical sensor and camera systems in demanding environments. We integrate optical windows and lenses made of sapphire and other materials by soldering them into metal housings that are hermetically sealed and highly resistant to mechanical and chemical stress. We coat the optical components with solderable coatings, anti-reflective coatings, optical filters, and metallic layers. Our extensive technology portfolio, ranging from vacuum coating to precision electroplating, enables the development and production of customized solutions. One example is the soldering of sapphire windows into an endoscope tip.
