Lumics is a vertically integrated manufacturer of high-quality single + multi mode laser diodes from 670nm up to 1940nm, all featuring patented facet technology, ensuring exceptional durability and reliability.
In-house capabilities cover proprietary wafer design and own chip fab in Berlin (Germany), and assembly into various single emitter packages, designed for different wavelengths, powers, fiber core sizes.
The multi-emitter LuOceanM series offers a wide choice of wavelengths, sensors + signals, powers from 1W to 800W. Multiple wavelengths in one module possible, all individually controllable. Proprietary drivers & cooling available.
Single mode 14-pin BTF modules demonstrate exceptional lifetime, powers up to 500mW cw + 1.2W peak, optional FBG for short ns pulsing, PM fiber available.
