The EOSS platform^® is an established production system for the manufacture of precision optics such as edge filters, bandpass filters, notch filters or beam splitter. Layer systems with lower complexity can be produced with excellent solutions from the FHR.Star, FHR.Boxx and FHR.Line product lines.

FHR also supplies specially adapted sputtering targets for optical applications. To facilitate the selection of a suitable process, FHR offers a sample coating service for optical coatings.
