mirSense is the French manufacturer of ITAR-free QCL lasers. We are vertically integrated and are not fabless as we do the design of our QCLs and our engineers do the process inside the clean room.

For defense applications, we manufacture >1W QCLs at ~4, ~4.6 and ~9µm with circular beams as well as customized systems combining power and/or wavelengths. We can deliver HHL-packages that have passed environmental qualifications and also supply the driving electronics.
For spectroscopy applications, we supply single-line DFB lasers from 4 to 20 µm wavelength.
We can produce special customized laser systems depending on your needs and can be part of consortiums for European research projects.

We also manufacture a photoacoustic gas sensor with a small footprint and able to detect several species.
