Vacuum systems for High Purity and UHV applications

TREAMS stands for “Treatment and Measurement Systems” and describes our core business: the development and production of special vacuum systems for high-purity applications, including in the manufacture of optical components and assemblies and in laser technology. The ARGAT system measures the outgassing rates of individual components or assemblies fully automatically and non-destructively. With the VOBOS bake-out oven series, cleanliness values and outgassing rates of components can be significantly optimized. The VIDAM cleanliness measuring device detects film-type contamination on surfaces. Thanks to the spectral measuring method, the sources of contamination can be precisely identified.
