Customized inner and exterior processing optics, powder nozzles, powder feeders

IXUN Lasertechnik GmbH develops and builds customer-specific inner and exterior processing optics as well as powder and protective gas nozzles for all laser beam sources. IXUN optics can be customized individually regarding to focus shape (round, linear, rectangular), laser beam source, external diameter, insertion depth up to 5000 mm and workable internal diameter from 13 mm. IXUN optics are suitable for both internal and external processing, for laser hardening, coating, dispersing, welding or alloying. Horizontal and vertical processing is possible with multi-beam, off-axis or coaxial nozzles. IXUN also builds rotating inner processing optics. IXUN optics are suitable for high-speed laser welding with a durability up to 6 KW laser power.
