G&H has been the world´s leading manufacturer of acousto-optical components for decades, with offices in Fremont and Ilminster. Acousto-optics are used for switching, modulating, deflecting or filtering laser beams, e.g., in measurement and printing technology, in RGB exposure systems from the UV to the NIR range. Based on the in-house grown TeO2 single and multi-channel modulators, deflectors, tunable filters, frequency shifters, Q-switches and fiber-coupled AOMs are developed and manufactured! For higher
optical power applications G&H is using other materials like Quartz as well as Germanium which is mainly used for IR-applications up to 11 µm! In addition to acousto-optics we offer Pockels cells and crystals from G&H in Cleveland.
