We are focused on providing both transmit and receive solutions within the eye-safe wavelength region to industrial and automotive LiDAR system manufacturers. Allegro is the first to offer a DPSS laser at 1550 nm capable of meeting scanning LiDAR requirements. The scalability and size of DPSS lasers makes this offering a breakthrough in SWAP-C over currently available lasers. Our integrated InGaAs APD and ASIC/ROIC arrays can be customized from a single pixel to 512 pixels and are capable of point rates > 90M points/sec with digital and analog options.
